Jeanne Gundersen
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Jeanne is a graduate student in the mental health counseling program, at Davenport University. She will graduate in December of 2025 as a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor. Jeanne joins GRST under the supervision of Justine Bradford , LMSW, CST.
Prior to beginning her mental health counseling graduate program, Jeanne has been working with clients as a reiki master therapist, including the last four years at the Women’s Health Collective. Her experience as a reiki therapist, and over a decade of experience as a leader in non-profit ministries, has compelled her to return to formal education to pursue her passion of helping people navigate life’s challenges in a healthy way. Jeanne holds empathetic space for all her clients’ unique concerns and experiences that have shaped who they are. But she believes just because our experiences have shaped us, it doesn’t mean they have to define us. Jeanne works with her clients to set goals for themselves and uses holistic, evidence-based interventions and integrative approaches to work toward their goals.
Jeanne plans to specialize in adolescents, trauma, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, anxiety and depression. She is available to work with adolescents (13 +), adults, older adults, and diverse populations
